Caitlin is a Clinical Psychologist who works full-time in our practice offering assessment and treatment services for young people including our group programs on social skills, emotion recognition and regulation, mindfulness and anxiety. Caitlin is a friendly, calm and engaging clinician who actively seeks to understand every client she works with. Caitlin initially joined the HMHK team as a provisional psychologist in 2016 as part of her training. Showing her dedication to youth mental health and her skills in building rapport and working to support and assist young people, Caitlin quickly became a valued member of the HMHK team.
Caitlin has experience in assessing and treating children for a variety of concerns, including: challenging behaviours, anxiety, depression, anger, autism and specific learning disorders. She has also developed and currently develops and runs a number of the group programs at HMHK. Caitlin is a trained provider of the Secret Agent Society, and is trained in completing comprehensive Autism Spectrum Assessments.
Caitlin has obtained a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University and a Masters of Clinical Psychology from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. Caitlin is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She is currently completing her registrar program to become an endorsed Clinical Psychologist, under the supervision of Emerson Österberg. Caitlin is also a registered service provider under the Australian Government’s Better Outcomes for Mental Health Care program and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
