HMHK Student Clinic
We have established the HMHK Student Clinic to enable clients who experience financial hardship to access our services at a reduced cost. The students on placement with us are either 1) provisionally registered psychologists on placement in fulfilment of the requirements of a Clinical Masters or a Master of Professional Psychology (5 + 1 program) or, 2) fully registered and experienced psychologists who have returned to university to complete a Master of Clinical Psychology at Charles Sturt University. Students work with us for between 16 and 32 weeks. Students can provide comprehensive intellectual, academic and behavioural assessments as well as psychological treatments for young people and their families. All students in the clinic are under the supervision of our Principal Psychologist, Birgitta Österberg.
