Resilience program

Resilience is the ‘capacity to cope with change and challenge and bounce back during difficult times’ (Mind Matters, 2005). Young people who are resilient have happy and fulfilling lives because they grow through challenging experiences rather than being damaged by them.

Our Resilience program helps young people to identify and develop positive ideas about who they are, what they can do and who they have to support them. The program also helps young people to identify their personal strengths and positive external factors in their lives that can help them to face and cope with adversities and to thrive in their daily lives.
